Applicant understands and agrees that: (1) this is an application to rent only and does not guarantee that the applicant will be offered a lease agreement for a space within Hollywood RV Park; (2) all responses provided by applicant are true and correct; (3) the providing of false, incorrect or incomplete information by the applicant may, within the discretion of Balboa RV Park, result in a automatic rejection of this application.

Applicant hereby authorizes Hollywood RV Park to: (1) verify the information provided; (2) obtain a credit report on applicant; (3) conduct a criminal background check on applicant; and (4) communicate with any and all names listed on this application. The applicant understands that, in the event that any of the above information cannot be verified by Balboa RV Park’s management, management has the right to deny the application. The applicant further understands that he/she/they shall have no rights of tenancy until a rental agreement has been signed by Hollywood RV Park’s management and all proposed tenants.
